Bela by Mosaic secures $43 million in sales in 12 weeks

Mosaic Property Group’s new boutique luxury development Bela in Mermaid Beach has secured $43 million in since its launch in mid-December 2018. 46 apartments have sold at the 25-level residential development on Peerless Avenue. Bela is Mosaic Property Group’s first foray into the Gold Coast apartment market.

Amenities at the development include a pool, spa, steam and sauna, gym and dedicated yoga space, bike storage, residents’ deck, executive lounge, and concierge services. Other features include a Resident’s Club on level 25 with wine cellar, private dining rooms, kitchen, library, lounge and media room.

Mosaic Property Group’s Managing Director Brook Monahan said the group wanted to create something unique for an iconic, historically significant part of the Gold Coast.
