- Coordinate building operations across multiple sites, including onboarding new buildings and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct routine site visits and inspections, accurately recording findings and proactively addressing maintenance and presentation standards.
- Manage project workflows from initiation to completion, including sourcing quotes, coordinating contractor engagement, securing approvals, and tracking progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across internal systems to support compliance, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports, monitor key dates (including AGMs, budgets, and compliance milestones), and ensure follow-up actions are completed within required timeframes.
- Assist in the preparation and management of budgets, contracts, and compliance requirements, including Caretaking Agreements.
- Draft and distribute communications to owners and residents regarding caretaking matters, building updates, and operational changes.
- Support the administration and setup of new buildings, ensuring a smooth transition and effective establishment of processes and documentation.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, external contractors, and key stakeholders to support seamless operations and service delivery.
