August marked one of the project’s most anticipated milestones, with Mosaic Construction achieving structural top-out an impressive eight weeks ahead of schedule. The achievement also allowed the removal of the jump form, a clear visual marker that the building’s primary structure is now complete and standing proudly at its full 23-level height. Works commenced across The Carter’s extensive rooftop amenities, with the elevated pool terrace now poured and key spaces beginning to take shape. Across the residential levels, façade glazing reached Level 18, internal works progressed through Level 16, and residences on Levels 8 to 12 advanced through fit-out and quality assurance milestones.

August saw continued progress at Josephine as preparations advanced towards the next major milestone, bulk excavation. Secant piling progressed around the site perimeter and remains on track for completion in September, weather permitting. Dewatering well installation will also commence to support excavation works, while preparations for the site gantry continue, maximising the available footprint ahead of basement construction.
