Highlights include The Riversdale in South Brisbane advancing towards the commencement of its formal construction program, while Isabel in Burleigh Heads moves closer to completion. A key milestone was the installation of external climbing screens, enhancing site safety as the building rises. A second construction hoist was commissioned, with Level 3 completion and early Level 4 works planned for August.

Upcoming milestones include rooftop terrace and roof pours, permanent power activation, utility connections, further façade works, and completion of Levels 6 and 8 residences.

Riversdale continues to progress steadily, with demolition, site clearance, approvals and site establishment now complete. Mosaic Construction has commenced foundation preparations, including site levelling ahead of engineered working platforms and specialist equipment mobilisation. Underground powerline works are also scheduled along Bouquet Street. Weather permitting, piling is expected to begin in early September, marking the first major structural milestone and a significant step forward in delivering the development.

Isabel is evolving almost daily as layers of craftsmanship, bespoke detailing, and premium finishes come together in this final stage of delivery. In August, works will focus on Levels 4 and 5 slabs, advancing the core, commencing basement services, and removing elevated site sheds.

Sophia continued to rise above the Palm Beach foreshore in July, with Levels 3 and 4 slabs and core walls completed. A new project hoist improved site access and efficiency, while permanent internal walls began forming at ground level. Glazing preparations and waterproofing works also progressed. Looking ahead, Mosaic Construction is targeting completion of Levels 5 and 6, alongside continued glazing, services installation, internal fit-out preparations, and commencement of key electrical infrastructure works.

The project will also see installation of essential site infrastructure, including the gantry, hoarding and elevated site facilities, supporting safe pedestrian access, efficient operations and the continued growth of construction activity.
