Meanwhile, The Carter had a successful on-ground slab pour at Kangaroo Point, Lily had momentum across all levels in Broadbeach, Isabel’s tower crane jumped to full height on the Burleigh Heads skyline, and Sophia marked the completion of piling works in Palm Beach, all signalling another highly productive month.

Energy remains high as Mosaic Construction powers ahead now that piling works have been completed—a critical foundation milestone that clears the way for the next stage of Sophia to take shape. The team also completed seawall works last month, with dune landscape—the shaping and planting of sand dunes to stabilise and protect the shoreline—now the final element to be finished. Looking ahead, September will see the installation of de-watering equipment to create the dry, stable conditions needed for safe excavation and basement foundation works. Along with the beginning of the capping beam installation, a key structural element that secures the excavation and provides essential support to the future basement.
