From early works breaking ground to towers steadily rising, the pace across our portfolio speaks for itself. Lily remains on track for completion in December, marking a major achievement that will close out an already landmark year for Mosaic.

Looking ahead, October will see further structural progress with the slab pours for Levels 12 and 13, formwork commencing on Level 14 and glazing continue upwards as Isabel rises toward its full 18-level height.

Madeline by Mosaic is now officially under construction with piling underway, securing the deep foundations that will anchor the building above. With piling works running to the end of October (weather permitting), Mosaic Construction will then begin trimming the piles and progress on the capping beams. Looking ahead, October will see the installation of a dewatering well to prepare the site for a dry and stable excavation area when below-ground works commence.

Lily has entered its final chapter, with the project remaining on track for completion by the end of the year.
