While the weather has been unpredictable of late, Mosaic Construction continues to maintain strong progress across all sites in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. October saw notable structural progress at The Carter in Kangaroo Point, and Isabel in Burleigh Heads with Sophia at Palm Beach transitioning from foundational activity to early structural preparations. Essential service connections to establish and prepare our projects for their next phase of construction continued at The Bedford in Kangaroo Point and Madeline in Broadbeach. During November, we will be excited to see Lily enter the final stages of construction with an unmistakable energy on site as they move confidently toward completion next month.

Excavation is advancing at The Bedford with the 70-tonne excavator hard at work progressing the basement down four levels. During October and continuing through November, basement walls are being reinforced, and essential service works are connecting in the sewer pipes, electrical conduits, water lines and the hydrant system. As bulk excavation nears completion in mid-November, weather permitting, focus will shift to detailed excavation and preparation for basement footings.

During November, The Carter will continue to rise as the building core extends to Level 7, while two concrete pours are scheduled to complete the Level 4 slab, weather permitting. Following this, Level 5 formwork will commence, and internal infrastructure will begin, marking an exciting transition toward future fit-out stages.
