March marks a standout month of progress for Mosaic Construction, underscored by the arrival of new tower cranes at Madeline in Broadbeach and Sophia in Palm Beach. Early construction activity is also underway at Josephine, our latest ultra‑luxury address on The Esplanade in Burleigh Heads, while our Brisbane teams maintain strong upward momentum at The Carter and The Bedford in Kangaroo Point.

Weather permitting, March will see continued structural advancement moving from Basement Level 1 through to Ground Floor. In other notable progress, a second crane will be installed on site to enhance coverage across multiple work zones, increase lifting capacity, and reduce wait times. We’re also pleased to replace the first crane’s generator with a Green Energy battery system to deliver a cleaner, quieter, and more sustainable power source that minimises community disruption wherever possible.

Through a series of well-timed pours and coordinated works, The Carter’s structure continues to progress upward with Level 8 and 9 formed and poured and the core advancing to Level 12. Looking ahead to March, weather permitting, a continued steady, vertical progression of the building will plan for the core rising to Level 15, alongside the forming and pouring to Levels 10 and 11.

Looking ahead, March brings an important milestone: the commencement of scaffold removal from the roof down to Level 17. As this gets underway, Isabel’s elegant architectural form will progressively come into view, marking a clear and anticipated transition into the advanced stages of construction.

Weather permitting, Mosaic Construction will continue to progress through this program in March, completing the FRP cycle across Basement Levels 3 and 2.

Weather permitting, March is expected to carry this momentum forward, with Mosaic Construction targeting completion of the basement structure program.

Over the coming weeks, this will include the permanent disconnection and removal of existing services, soil testing will take place, and once these preparations are complete, and weather permitting, the team will transition into demolition of the existing building.
