Mosaic Construction continues to deliver on our promises, with Residents now settling into Marella by Mosaic following its February completion while The Manning by Mosaic has reached structural top-out. March is shaping up to be another milestone month, with The Prescott by Mosaic on track for settlement in the coming weeks. Meanwhile, our other projects continue to rise at pace.
Sunshine Coast
Cotton Tree by Mosaic | Cotton Tree

Apartments: Two boutique buildings featuring 8 full-floor, ultra-luxurious 3-bedroom residences and 33 spacious 2- and 3-bedroom residences.

At Building 1 (The Esplanade), Mosaic Construction has now completed the external façade screen installation down to Level 3, with the remaining lower-level screens on track for completion this month, weather permitting. Additionally, the team is in the final stage of scaffold removal, which is set for imminent completion.
Significant progress is likewise being made at Building 2 (Memorial Avenue), with internal works advancing, mechanical, electrical and plumbing services installed and scaffold removal continuing throughout March.

In February, Mosaic Construction reached the structural top-out, marking the completion of the building’s core structure and paving the way for a rooftop recreational space.
Inside, progress continues steadily. High-level services and window installation are finished up to Level 19. Party wall framing is complete to Level 16, and internal sheeting is in progress. On the lower levels, joinery installation is nearly complete on Level 9, and flooring installation has begun.

Mosaic Construction is preparing everything behind the scenes to start bringing The Bedford to life.
While piling works were initially expected to commence between late February and early March, the Council approvals process has taken slightly longer than anticipated; however, Mosaic Construction is working closely with the relevant authorities to finalise the remaining approvals, which are advancing well.

In February, Mosaic Construction installed precast wall panels, and finalised the ground floor blockwork walls.
Formwork for the Level 2 deck is now underway, which will continue throughout March as Mosaic Construction prepares for the Level 2 concrete slab pour.

February saw Lily’s structure rise to Level 25, with the jump form now reaching Level 28.
In March, Mosaic Construction is targeting to achieve lock-up for residences up to Level 6, elevate the jump form to Level 31 (the building’s full height), and pour the Level 28 concrete slab, weather permitting.
