It's hard to believe we are already nearing the middle of 2022. We are happy that the weather has finally cleared up and we are starting to see some exciting milestones being achieved across all Mosaic projects. Continue reading our latest construction progress round-up.
Kensington by Mosaic | Toowong

Mosaic Construction continues to track to programme, with the level 2 concrete slab poured. During June, the team will be working towards completing the level 3 slab pour, meaning we won’t be far from the official halfway mark.

Given the basement’s proximity to the river, this is an incredibly critical task that requires favourable weather conditions to complete. These works will continue this month as the team works towards the official commencement of basement excavation.

The central lift and stair core structure have reached level five, and the precast concrete panels are installed to level one in preparation for the next level’s slab pour.

We have officially received Development Approval for Bianca. It won’t be long before this breathtaking, ultra-luxury Masterpiece Series address starts to become a reality.
Bianca’s incredible sales performance enabled us to expedite the start date for key pre-construction activities, including demolishing the existing structures and clearing the site.
Further, a significant upgrade to a 16m portion of the existing sea wall on the beachfront of 1 Surf Street is underway. This will ensure it meets the standards outlined in the Gold Coast City Plan and Land Development Guidelines. Ultimately, it will help provide safety to local residents for generations to come.
