The Bedford continues to progress through the Formwork–Reinforcement–Pour (FRP) cycle, with the building steadily transitioning out of the basement phase. During March, precast concrete panels were installed from Basement Level 1 toward Ground Floor, alongside suspended slab pours across Basement Level 2 Mezzanine, Basement Level 1 and Ground Floor decks and ramps. A key milestone was the arrival and staged installation of the second tower crane. In April, basement works will be finalised, with the building beginning to emerge above ground. Structural works will continue to Ground Floor and Level 1, external scaffolding will commence at podium level, and the new crane will enhance site efficiency once commissioned.

Josephine continues to track strongly toward a complete sell‑out, with Mosaic Construction making steady progress on early site works. During March, all existing services and infrastructure across the site were permanently disconnected, removed, and decommissioned, including utilities servicing the former building. With these works successfully completed and the site secured, Mosaic has transitioned into full demolition of the existing structure. Demolition activities are now underway and scheduled to continue throughout April, clearing the site in readiness for the next phase of construction.
