For seven years, she served as Chief Operating Officer of Mosaic Property Group, playing a pivotal role in helping to shape the organisation’s operational excellence and growth trajectory. As Chief Executive Officer, Marina works closely with the Founder & Managing Director to implement Mosaic’s corporate objectives, ensuring the consistent delivery of positive results for customers and stakeholders alike, with an unwavering commitment to ensure Mosaic continues to remain a highly trusted and respected brand.

Before joining Mosaic, Marina was Chief Executive Officer of UDIA QLD, where she worked closely with developers to shape policy, drive industry reform, and strengthen advocacy efforts. Her deep industry knowledge and ability to influence meaningful change earned her the prestigious UDIA QLD Life Membership in 2019.

Before joining UDIA QLD, Marina held senior leadership and executive roles in property development firms, including at Youngcare, where she oversaw as CEO the development of specialised housing solutions that redefined accessibility standards. Her executive experience extends to Brisbane Marketing and serving as Chief of Staff to the Lord Mayor of Brisbane, shaping a career marked by strategic impact, stakeholder collaboration, and a commitment to excellence in the built environment—solidifying her reputation as one of the industry’s most respected and dynamic leaders.
