Brook Monahan

With over 20 years’ experience, Brook brings a wealth of knowledge as Founder and Managing Director of Mosaic Property Group, one of Queensland’s most awarded and trusted property developers. Mosaic’s unique, fully-integrated business model sees it control every aspect of the development and delivery process, from research, site acquisition, design, marketing, sales, and construction, to property/asset management and caretaking long after completion.

Brook started his career in Agribusiness before founding a series of successful companies, including a development/construction business, a funds management firm, and a legal firm.  In addition to Mosaic Property Group, Brook also Co-Founded M Private Capital and steers the Mosaic Foundation that he founded, which supports local grassroots organisations in making a genuine difference to society’s most vulnerable, including the homeless, sick, and disadvantaged children.

With a deep understanding of macroeconomics and constantly-evolving global drivers, coupled with painstaking attention to detail, Brook possesses a unique cross-section of skillset and experience rarely found amongst his peers.  He is continually researching, questioning, challenging and forecasting to ensure Mosaic remains at the cutting edge of property development whilst building and maintaining a company culture that is unparalleled at a private level in the industry.
