As Founder and Managing Director, Brook has built a fully integrated business model that ensures end-to-end control across every stage of development—from market research and site acquisition to design, construction, sales, and long-term asset management. Brook’s career began in Agribusiness before launching a series of successful ventures, including a development and construction firm, a funds management company, and a legal practice. In addition to leading Mosaic, he co-founded M Private Capital, a boutique investment firm, and established the Mosaic Foundation, a philanthropic initiative supporting grassroots organisations delivering vital services, particularly to the homeless and disadvantaged youth.
