ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our Caretaking team and manage the day-to-day maintenance operations across all Mosaic buildings.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee project work, general maintenance, defect resolution, and additional body corporate tasks.
  • Handle all correspondence via the admin inbox and office mobile.
  • Requesting quotes from contractors.
  • Providing necessary information to the Body Corporate Committee for approval.
  • Scheduling approved maintenance works.
  • Coordinating access and arranging quality assurance checks on completed tasks.
  • Contractor Management: Maintain and update contractor details regularly, ensuring all licences and insurances on file are current and valid.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Has strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Can work proactively and collaboratively in a high paced and demanding environment.
  • Can operate with initiative.
  • Is an effective communicator who enjoys working as a part of a collaborative team
  • Experience with Body Corporates and proficiency in the MYOB software system will be advantageous.
