ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Recruiter to join our People & Culture team in a newly created role. You will play a vital role in managing the sourcing, selection and appointment of new employees to meet the resourcing requirements of the Mosaic Group.

Working alongside the People & Culture Manager, you will have the opportunity to take full ownership of Mosaic’s recruitment function, implementing strategies, systems and processes to support Mosaic to attract the best talent in the industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, hands-on recruiter to advance their career and make their mark within a fun and dynamic business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing Candidates & Headhunting: Driving results with candidate generation and sourcing candidates using a variety of outlets and utilising headhunting skills.
  • Assessing Candidates: Running interviews to ensure a thorough assessment of candidates in relation to Mosaic values and technical skills. Conducting thorough reference checks and due diligence on all candidates.
  • General Market Expertise & Mapping: Constantly mapping the property development and construction market, connecting and engaging with internal and external industry professionals to gather information and utilising that information to create opportunity.
  • Candidate & Customer Experience: Regular communication with potential candidates throughout the hiring process and regular communication with senior managers to ensure alignment with their needs and goals.
  • Develop Internal Recruitment Function: Take ownership of and develop Mosaic’s internal recruitment function. This could include implementing best practice and effective sourcing strategies, developing and maintaining strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, and implementing an Applicant Tracking System or other relevant recruitment tools to build Mosaic’s candidate database and support internal recruitment.
