ABOUT THE ROLE

Working with two other Corporate Receptionists and supported by the Office Manager, this is a reception role that offers variety. Your primary responsibility will be acting as the first point of contact for our clients. You will also have the opportunity to provide assistance to different departments within the business throughout the various stages of the project life lifecycle.

The day-to-day duties of this role will include:

• Welcoming clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour
• Managing incoming calls, emails, and messages, directing them to the appropriate team members
• Maintaining a well organised, fully stocked and tidy office
• Coordinating internal processes including mail, couriers, company pool cars and meeting room bookings
• Providing ad-hoc PA assistance to the Mosaic Directors
• Assisting various departments with ad hoc tasks
