Contract Administrator - Brisbane

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are in search of a Construction Administrator to support the delivery of one of our high-end developments on the Gold Coast.

As a key member of our on-site construction team, you will:

  • Prepare and issue of trade tender packages in line with the procurement schedule.
  • Prepare subcontractor and supplier agreements
  • Process invoices, purchase orders and requisitions.
  • Assess and process subcontractor payments, variation claims and EOT claims.
  • Prepare and complete monthly project financial and performance-based reporting.

 

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field (desirable).
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive and proactive relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and willing to assist other team members as required.
