ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Committee Liaison Officer, you will pay a pivotal role in helping to foster seamless communication and cooperation between the Mosaic Caretaking Team, Body Corporate Committees, and Residents across our diverse portfolio of buildings.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the standards outlined in our Caretaking Agreements and our customers’ needs and expectations are consistently met in line with Mosaic’s high-quality benchmarks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate new building handovers by providing support, coordinating key processes, and attending Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and committee meetings. Ensure effective follow-up by addressing action items raised in these meetings.
Prepare and manage caretaking handover documents ahead of the first Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Gain in-depth knowledge of Caretaking Agreements to effectively respond to inquiries from Body Corporate committees and residents with confidence and expertise.
Plan and lead in-person and onsite meetings with Committee Members and key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and effective collaboration.
Proactively manage client expectations, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver insightful guidance to Body Corporate Committees as required.
Oversee and streamline maintenance coordination by effectively communicating tasks, logging reports in MYBOS, and liaising with caretakers and administrative teams to ensure timely updates and resolutions. Collaborate with the wider Caretaking team to uphold Mosaic’s standards for onsite service delivery.
Regular reporting and documentation, including preparing quarterly committee reports and an annual report for AGMs. It also requires familiarity with the properties and conducting quality assurance (QA) inspections as needed.

Experience in client facing roles is preferred.
Familiarity with property management or building management is a plus.
