ABOUT THE ROLE

This position will support our Client Services Team in cultivating enduring relationships with our building residents and their respective Body Corporate Committees that represent them and, in turn, ensuring that the Caretaking Agreements for each of our buildings are administered and maintained to the highest standard. Guided by our Client Services Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your existing admin skills and build your experience in the world of strata and property (but are not limited to) assisting the Client Services Manager in:

  • Issuing correspondence and managing documentation relating to the Caretaking Agreements
  • Updating and maintaining resident and building information to ensure accuracy
  • Preparing building reports
  • Creating and sending building communications
  • Organising scheduled maintenance, general repairs and specialist works when requested

We are looking for someone who possesses the following skills/ attributes:

  • Client-focused with strong communication skills
  • Team player
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and understand the necessity of working to deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the role
  • Comfortable with the use of Outlook, Excel & Word
