ABOUT THE ROLE

Based in our Fortitude Valley office, an opportunity exists for an experienced and sophisticated residential Property Manager to manage a portfolio of luxury properties within Brisbane.

Managing an initial portfolio of 130 properties in conjunction with industry-leading technology, you will also reap the dedicated support of the following functions:

• Trust accounting team – no trust accounting and full invoicing support
• Onsite concierge, caretaking, and construction teams – no building management required
• Experienced management team to provide full-time guidance and empowerment to be successful within your role
