Consequently, they are able to keep clients updated about any key dates relevant to settlement and can always guaranteed a quick response to any queries.
  2. They have the exclusive right to commence leasing a client’s property prior to settlement – a service that can’t be provided by an external property manager.
  3. All potential tenants undergo an extensive assessment to ensure they meet the client’s expectations.
  4. During the leasing period on newly completed projects, MPM provides a minimum of 5 ‘open for inspections’ per week until a tenant is secured for all apartments.
  5. They also offer unlimited private appointment
  6. Printed floorplans and information packs are provided to prospective tenants at all inspections.
  7. MPM has an extensive and consistent approach to ensuring all prospective tenants are followed up immediately after their inspection.
  8. They work closely with Mosaic Construction and Mosaic Developments to ensure that all post settlement apartment defects are rectified to the highest of standards.
  9. Clients receive a detailed leasing report on a weekly basis which outlines key information and statistics on progress being made.
