At the core of The Riversdale’s design is a celebration of the site’s rarity.
“There are many aspects of a development that can be enhanced through great design, but you cannot recreate an absolute riverfront site of this calibre once it’s gone,” Monahan says.
Designed in partnership with leading architecture practice Bureau Proberts, the 39-level tower comprises 213 two and three-bedroom residences and ultra-luxury Masterpiece Sky Homes, each with generous balconies and floor-to-ceiling glazing to maximise the sense of space.
“Internally, there is a strong connection to nature throughout, reinforcing the relationship between the building and its riverfront setting,” Monahan says.
The interiors are distinguished by timeless materials, bespoke craftsmanship, generous proportions and large outdoor terraces, creating residences that feel sophisticated, fully resolved and effortlessly liveable.
Six-star lifestyle above the river
Almost 3000 square metres of The Riversdale is dedicated to wellness, connection, recreation and everyday convenience, Monahan says.
“Our vision was to create a world-class luxury lifestyle ecosystem that brings together wellness, work, entertainment and connection, all within one address,” he says.

Located at 91 Montague Road, South Brisbane, The Riversdale is expected to be completed by late 2029, with early construction underway.
