Strong Sales Before Isabel Goes Public

The sales are well in advance of its public release, snapped up largely by Mosaic’s VIP database.

The collaboration with globally renowned Koichi Takada Architects on the beachfront at Burleigh Heads is Mosaic’s most luxurious Masterpiece Series offering.

Local and interstate buyers are behind the purchases, paying from $4.5m to more than $10m to secure one of the 28 properties over 17 levels, which include half-and full-floor residences, sky homes and two split-level penthouses, each with its own private rooftop pool.

Hotel-style amenities include a pool, gymnasium, steam room, sauna, and outdoor lounge area.

In an added boost of confidence and assurance for buyers, Mosaic Construction has already started early construction works, with an anticipated late 2025 completion.

Isabel marks Mosaic’s eleventh luxury Gold Coast release in less than five years,with a combined value of more than $1bn.

It is Mosaic’s fourth Burleigh Heads release, after Grace by Mosaic (completed in early 2023), Augusta by Mosaic, and the Masterpiece Series address Florence by Mosaic, both due for completion in mid-2024.
