Developer Mosaic Property Group is planning a new project at Palm Beach following the acquisition of a prime beachfront parcel in the suburb.
Situated at 1357 Gold Coast Highway, the site at the northern end of Palm Beach, was secured for an undisclosed amount. It spans 1615sq m and has a direct beach frontage.
Mosaic is joining forces with architecture firm Bureau Proberts for the third time to create a bespoke collection of residences with five-star lifestyle amenities on the site.
While the building is still undergoing detailed design, the project will be boutique and offer a collection of large private beachfront residences.
“We’re excited to have the opportunity to create another collection of beautiful homes to fulfil the strong sustained demand for Mosaic product on the Gold Coast,” said Mosaic’s founder and managing director Brook Monahan.

Mosaic aims to unveil the project later this year with construction, facilitated by Mosaic’s in-house building arm, slated to get underway in early 2025.
Mosaic has built a significant footprint on the Gold Coast, with six projects completed in the past three years. Its latest achievements include Dawn by Mosaic in Mermaid Beach, Bianca by Mosaic in Bilinga, and Luca by Mosaic in Kirra, all having wrapped up between late 2023 and early 2024.

The company is currently constructing a further five sold-out luxury residential projects on the Gold Coast through its own building arm, Mosaic Construction, totalling $650m and comprising 275 luxury apartments.
Five additional projects are being built by Mosaic Construction in Brisbane and on the Sunshine Coast, bringing its combined construction portfolio to 10 projects valued at over $1.2bn, translating to the delivery of 750 luxury homes in two years.
