Mosaic Property Group, the force behind some of Queensland’s most esteemed and best-selling multi-residential developments, is poised to redefine luxury living once again with its latest Masterpiece Series address, Isabel by Mosaic at Burleigh Heads.

One of the multi-award winning developer’s most opulent offerings yet, the $160m Isabel by Mosaic boasts a beachfront position on The Esplanade.

It is the culmination of a partnership with the world-renowned Koichi Takada Architects, and the collaboration has resulted in 28 half- and full-floor home-sized residences and sky homes across 16 levels. Two split-level penthouses crown the building, each with a private pool.

Interior living spaces measuring up to 479sqm are set against a backdrop of ocean and headland views and are adorned in the finest materials and finishes.

Amenities for residents include a pool, gymnasium, steam room, sauna, and outdoor lounge area.

Prices start at $4.4m for three-bedroom half-floor residences. Prices for four-bedroom, full-floor residences and the two split-level penthouses are on application.

Mosaic’s founder and managing director, Brook Monahan, said the unveiling of Isabel marked another pinnacle on the developer’s journey of redefining Queensland’s multi-residential landscape.

“We are excited to introduce an unparalleled level of luxury, design, and exclusivity to the Gold Coast, enriching the lives of our residents in ways that Mosaic has consistently proven it does,” he said.

“We have brought the passion for innovation and pursuit of excellence that drives us to our partnership with Koichi Takada Architects to ensure that every facet of Isabel embodies sophistication, functionality, and something that will stand the test of time in terms of elegance.

“The result underscores our dedication to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible while ensuring that every resident’s need is met.

“On top of this, Isabel’s prime position on The Esplanade in one of the most spectacular locations on the east coast of Australia is a testament to our dedication to choosing outstanding locations that amplify the allure of our developments.

“It exemplifies the Mosaic difference – a commitment to excellence permeating every aspect of a project.”

Mr Monahan said the level of inquiry for Isabel reaffirmed the market’s recognition of the value, desirability, and exclusivity it represented, backed by confidence in Mosaic’s track record of delivery.

“There is no shortage of demand for Mosaic product across South East Queensland, and certainly none for Isabel,” he said.

“We have been overwhelmed by interest from the top end of the market. Our legacy is our assurance. With 13 current sold-out developments under construction across South East Queensland and over 60 completions since 2014 alone, we provide buyers with the trust and confidence they need, which is especially critical in this current market where delivery uncertainty is acute.

“Mosaic’s success is grounded in our unique approach to managing every stage of the development process, from conception to construction, and then caretaking and management long after completion.

Isabel is Mosaic’s fourth Burleigh Heads release, following recently completed Grace by Mosaic and the under-construction Florence by Mosaic and Augusta by Mosaic, all of which sold out shortly after release.

It is the developers’ 11th Gold Coast release in under five years, at a combined value of more than $1bn. Construction works are set to start later this month with a projected late 2025 completion.
