What are the Referral Reward Terms and Conditions

A VISA gift card to the value of $500.00 will be supplied for each referral received that results in new property management for Mosaic Property Management.
The referral gift card offer does not apply to properties within Mosaic developments.
The gift card will be sent within 30 days of the commencement of rent payments to Mosaic Property Management.
The property lease must be for a minimum of six months.
The name and contact details of the prospective client must be supplied with their consent.
The client must exclusively list for rent their investment property through Mosaic Property Management only.
The property must be within our key service areas, meet our fiscal requirements, and must meet RTRA minimum housing standards.
Mosaic Property Management reserves the right to decline to manage any property referred to us, and if this is the case, the referral fee will not apply.
The referral gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.

What if the property is currently tenanted and managed by an alternative property manager?

No issue at all! As there are no management fees associated with the process, there couldn’t be a better time to transfer.

Furthermore, Mosaic is committed to ensuring that the entire transfer process runs as efficiently and stress-free as possible for both Landlord and Tenant.

To this end, we will do all the work behind the scenes, contacting the current agent, collating all relevant documentation and performing any extra coordination that is required.

What if the property is currently vacant?

If the property is vacant at the time Mosaic Property Management is appointed, the initial letting and advertising charges will apply (which will be outlined in the new Service Agreement).
