What did you do before coming to Mosaic?
During my career, I have held many senior GM Operational & Client Relationship positions with a specific focus on multi-channel sales, events/marketing, business development, and B2B account management. I worked for many years in the equity stockbroking industry for many top-rated globally listed firms, which most recently, has assisted me in the construction/development industry at Mosaic. I have also founded and managed a small importing business while residing in the UAE!
What attracted you to Mosaic as a potential employer?
My first interaction with Mosaic was through the website. I simply loved the messaging which was all about the founder’s story, values and principles. However, what really stood out to me was how it portrayed its people. It is something that has never changed even through the evolution of the brand. It is honest, warm and shows a real connection to friends and family. I think it is lovely and over the years many employees and customers have raised this same observation.
Describe your role at Mosaic
As the National Business Development Manager, I sit within the Sales & Client Relationship team and am responsible for key introductions, on-boarding, and strengthening of B2B/B2C relationships. I also ensure stakeholder communication, operational effectiveness, delivery and procedural integrity are executed to a consistently high level.
How long have you worked at Mosaic, and did you start out in the same role you are in now?
I have been with Mosaic for nearly six years now. During this period, I have primarily worked in the Sales & Client Relationship team in a variety of senior management roles working across multiple launches, customer relationship management protocols, and eventual settlement/handover. To date, I have seen the successful delivery of 30 out of the 52 projects delivered throughout South East Queensland.
In your role at Mosaic, what are you most passionate about?
I never pass up an opportunity to introduce the Mosaic brand and our wonderful iconic buildings to the new owners and communities we deliver them too, whether that is through an investment strategy or a new home for our purchasers. I feel fortunate to be one of the key brand ambassadors.
What do you love most about coming to work every day?
No two days are the same and this certainly appeals to my personality type. I also love spending time with my work-family and never a day goes by that I am not constantly learning and/or being challenged.
How does Mosaic stand apart from other developers?
Mosaic has a unique business model that covers all aspects of a carefully orchestrated value proposition through to the launch, build program and eventual settlement/completion of each project. Risk is managed and quality assured as a result. We build long term relationships with our customers that exist in many cases way past the completion of each building.
Why do you think people love living in Mosaic properties?
It stems from our commitment to design, size, functionality and the unique, highly desired locations that these homes are delivered in. Our owners also love the fact we stay with them all the way through their journey from the initial purchase through just a render, through to the completed product and beyond. It is our attention to detail, quality and overall authenticity that I believe drives the positive results, repeat purchasers and loyalty to the brand.

Authentic.
What advice could you offer to anyone starting out or wanting to work in the property industry?
Always be open to learning new facets of your trade. Remain a student across your personal and professional life. Stay true to yourself, and most importantly, keep your ego in check.
How do you balance the demands of business and personal commitments?
I am a very driven Taurean with solid time management skills and lots of love to share.
How do you like to relax/spend your downtime?
Special time with loved ones, cooking, reading, exercising, planning adventures, and of course hunting down my next Netflix addiction.
