As Brisbane Sales Manager, CJ is a driving force for Mosaic's growth, establishing loyal connections with our buyer community and supporting them every step of the way through their off-the-plan purchase.

What did you do before coming to Mosaic?

I was previously running my own property consulting business for many years before joining the team some five and a half years ago. I started out working in the property industry 15 years ago. After obtaining a design background from project home sales combined, I moved to land sales for Stockland before specialising in off-the-plan investment sales.

What attracted you to join Mosaic?

There were so many reasons to join the team; prior to starting, I had a personal connection to many of the Mosaic team, so I clearly understood the culture that was well established at Mosaic. That combined award-winning design, the highest level of finish and surrounded by hardworking like-minded people, made joining Mosaic the easiest decisions I ever made.

Describe what your role is, which department do you work for, what does your department do?

Working as a part of the Sales team, my primary role is guiding people through the off-the-plan purchasing process. Each day in my role is different as we constantly launch and settle projects, and at both ends, there is a massive workload. I also make a mean coffee!

In your role at Mosaic, what are you most passionate about?

It is humbling that our clients place their trust in my advice to purchase something off-the-plan, so my passion is understanding the property industry and my clients to give them the best service and advice.

Why do you think people love living in Mosaic properties?

As a Mosaic owner-occupier in our Sayre by Mosaic project, I love the quality design and finish. It is an unbelievable feeling to return home with the confidence and understanding that the building that is my home will always look great and is perfectly maintained. I regularly and proudly show my apartment off to family and friends.

Describe Mosaic in one word.

Home.

How do you balance the demands of business and personal commitments?

I don’t, I love my job, and I am fortunate to have a supportive partner and children that understand that working in Property Sales means the occasional late night and weekend.

The line continually gets blurred when you develop friendships with the people in the industry we do business with. I am incredibly fortunate to live a very lucky life that I never take for granted.

What would you attribute as a driving factor to your career success at Mosaic?

Surrounding my self with the brightest people in the industry that continually make me look good, thanks, team ????.
