Mosaic’s Success in UDIA QLD’s Excellence Awards 2018

It’s been a successful year for the Mosaic Property team at Queensland’s premier industry event for the year, the UDIA Awards for Excellence. We were proud and extremely humbled to be awarded winners in a number of categories, and as finalists in others.

With more than 100 members, the entire team at Mosaic Property Group is intrinsic to our success, and whilst we aren’t in this business to win awards,  we are earnestly grateful for the recognition within our industry. Without further ado, here are this year’s winners:

Best Medium Density Development Winner – Arc on Lima

Marketing Excellence Winner- Drift by Mosaic

Drift by Mosaic led our journey into the Sunshine Coast market, and as such we approached the project in an entirely different manner to anything we’d done before. Nestled in one of the most sought-after positions in the entire area, these 56 apartments take full advantage of this unique beachfront location and sweeping panoramic views. To be successful, the team examined potential buyer’s motivations and behaviours, realising the importance of targeting local owner-occupiers through print media.

Drift’s design expresses the ultimate in beachside living and modern design, important factors to local buyers.
