Meet our team – Design

The Mosaic design team is responsible for constantly improving the design quality, the design evolution and ultimately the final outcome of all our developments.

To achieve this, the whole team, but especially the interior design manager, has to stay at the forefront of current and future design trends to ensure we remain market leaders in quality boutique residential projects.

Our in-house architects also work collaboratively to further develop cost efficient designs and construction methods, whilst continually reviewing and comparing out product with other market leaders.

PETER NAVIN – Design Manager
Peter is an extremely experienced architect who has been involved with more than 30 multi-residential projects in Brisbane, as well as projects in London and Vancouver. He has been a practicing architect for more than 20 years, specialising in medium density residential developments.

CALLUM TURNER – Assistant Design Manager
Callum has been working as an architect for more than four years since attaining a Masters of Architecture and Bachelor of Architectural Design from the University of Queensland. He will be assisting Peter in many of the design aspects of Mosaic’s projects.

GEORGIA ELLIS – Architectural Assistant
After graduating with Second Class Honours in Architecture, majoring in Construction Management, Georgia is now pursuing a Masters of Architecture degree. Her high attention to detail and ability to problem-solve during the construction process is a great asset to the design team.

MARGIE SULLIVAN – Interior Design Manager
Margie has experience in a variety of roles working in design across diverse property sectors, including the complete renovation of residential buildings. A great deal of her time is spent researching current and future trends in apartment design.

SHARKA MARVILLA – Design and Marketing Manager
Sharka’s passion for art and graphic design means Mosaic’s marketing collateral is always fresh, unique and different. Her ability to push creative boundaries further enhances Mosaic’s reputation of delivering a quality product.
