Whilst the property sector had its fair share of challenges during 2022, we are grateful and humbled to have had a year full of achievement.

Mosaic’s end-to-end business model, which sees us control every aspect of the development process, including construction, has provided buyers with critical certainty of delivery. We are very fortunate to be among a small group of trusted developers, which resulted in an incredible response to each of our six new developments released in 2022.

More than 330 Mosaic properties were sold off-the-plan in 2022 across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast. We sincerely thank our buyers who have placed their trust in us and look forward to delivering on our promises to them.

The August 2022 completion of The Sinclair by Mosaic in East Brisbane was momentous, as it is our most luxurious address delivered to the region to date. At its conclusion, we maintained our unbroken track record of 100% valuation, settlement, and leasing success.

Most hearteningly and importantly, the feedback from our buyers, stakeholders, and the industry has been exceedingly positive.

On the recognition front, the year commenced with Drift by Mosaic in Coolum being awarded the best Medium Density Development in the country by the Urban Development Institute of Australia. Topping this off, The Sinclair was awarded Best High-Density Development Under 10 Storeys at the UDIA Qld 2022 Awards for Excellence – the very best in its class in the State. A further 19 acknowledgements were received across various projects throughout 2022.

2023 is shaping up to be another massive and exciting 12 months, with several new luxury Mosaic addresses scheduled for completion and more premium releases across the region.

Advancing our approach to sustainability is essential to our ongoing evolution. We are proud to be incorporating a broad range of sustainability initiatives at Kensington by Mosaic, leading to its UDIA Queensland 6 Leaf EnviroDevelopment certification.

Great Dreams Noosa Tri raises $61,792 for disadvantaged youth

A massive shout out to Mosaic’s Dream Team, Amy, Mat, and John, who completed the Noosa Triathlon on Sunday, October 30, in support of the Great Dreams Foundation.

This not-for-profit’s core purpose is to provide disadvantaged youth with guidance and financial support toward achieving their goals, otherwise unattainable due to lack of income, family breakdown, disability, or severe illness.

Mosaic’s efforts have helped raise $61,792 for the Great Dreams scholarship program.
