Last month was a momentous one for Mosaic Construction, highlighted by the major achievement of structural top-out on three of our projects. October promises to be just as significant, with our teams continuing to advance across all other sites, maintaining steady progress and hitting key milestones.

In September, Mosaic Construction achieved the pivotal milestone of structural top-out for Building 1 (The Esplanade), signalling our entry into a new, exciting phase in the journey to welcoming Residents home.
Simultaneously, work is advancing positively at Building 2 (Memorial Avenue), where Mosaic Construction has poured the Level 5 concrete slab. Windows installation and party wall formation are also now at Level 2.
Mosaic Construction will work towards completing ceiling and wall framing in October to the top levels in Building 1, along with joinery fitting and tiling to Level 4 and commencing stone benchtop installation and engineered timber flooring to Level 2 while kicking off external works to building 1.

Mosaic Construction successfully completed the concrete slab pours for both Levels 12 and 13 in September. This marks a significant milestone, with the structure now over the halfway mark.
Window installation has progressed to Level 9, high-level services rough-in to Level 8, and party wall formation and framing have advanced to Level 7.
In October, the interiors will keep taking shape, with services rough-in, party wall formation, and glazing installation aimed to hit Level 11, carpentry work expected to reach Level 6, and plasterboard sheeting for walls and ceiling to advance to Level 9.

September saw Mosaic Construction achieve the pivotal milestone of The Prescott’s structural top-out! Internally, glazing is complete to Level 10, wall framing to Level 8, and services rough-in to Level 7. Meanwhile, wall and ceiling sheeting, setting, and sanding, painting and joinery installation are underway.
In October, weather permitting, work will commence on The Prescott’s magnificent rooftop amenity space, including the pool and gymnasium. Internal finishes will also continue to advance up the building, with Mosaic Construction aiming to move towards final finished apartment lock-ups on Level 2 by the end of the month.

With the scaffold removed, Mosaic Construction focused on the external render and paint touch-ups throughout September.
Excitingly, the stunning rooftop amenity level has seen pool tiling completed and the installation of the steel feature pergola. October will see the landscaping has also commenced on the rooftop and will extend to the facade and ground floor.
If all proceeds as planned, Mosaic Construction anticipates dismantling the crane and removing it from the site in October, marking our official entry into the last phase of The Mowbray’s building program.

September saw Mosaic Construction achieve the consequential milestone of Isabel’s tower crane installation. This major development marks a clear statement that the team will soon be progressing skyward.
In October, following Isabel’s Basement 3 (lowest level) slab pour, Mosaic Construction will form the vertical elements, including columns and walls, in preparation for the Basement 2 slab pour.

Lily’s, tower structure continues its steady ascent, with the jump form now at Level 14 – progressively revealing Lily’s elegant facade.
The structure is complete up to Level 11, and window installation is progressing smoothly to Level 8.
In October, pending favourable weather conditions, Mosaic Construction aims to raise the jump form to Level 17 and progress the tower structure to Level 14. Additionally, waterproofing and tiling works will kick off on Level 2, signalling the start of interior finishes. Window installation and further internal work will continue to progress as scheduled.

Marella was our third project to achieve structural top-out in September, which was a massive milestone for Mosaic Construction. The momentum continued internally, with party walls now complete up to Level 28, wall framing to Level 27 and services rough-in to Level 26.
October is set to be another pivotal month, with Mosaic Construction aiming to close out party walls, framing, services rough-in, and window installation across all floors. In even more exciting news, major works on Marella’s extensive residential amenities—including the pool, gym, BBQ area, sauna, and steam room—are on track for completion by month’s end.
