October saw the team form and pour the vertical columns that connect Basement 3 to Basement 2.
At the same time, they applied shotcrete to the perimeter walls, providing robust reinforcement and a high-strength barrier that stabilises the structure, resists water ingress, and ensures long-term durability for the basement levels.
The ascent to ground will remain a focus this month as Mosaic Construction targets completing the Basement 2 concrete slab pour and forming the vertical columns that will connect to Basement 1. As the year draws to a close, momentum is accelerating, along with anticipation of our transition to above-ground construction.
