Mosaic Construction made excellent progress on basement works last month.
If all goes according to plan and weather conditions remain favourable, the team will pour the concrete slabs for Building 1 (The Esplanade) Level 4 and Basement 1 this month.
Once the Building 1 tower reaches a designated height, internal works, including glazing installation, will get underway. And it won’t be long before we start to see Building 2 (Memorial Avenue) begin its above-ground ascent.

In April, Mosaic Construction finalised the installation of The Witton One’s distinctive rooftop ‘crown’ structure as planned and advanced works to the recreational space, including forming the pool shell. They are now making final preparations to imminently commence The Witton One’s scaffold removal, progressively unveiling its elegant final form.
At The Witton One, glazing is being installed on Level 15, flooring is underway on Level 9, balcony balustrades are fitted on all levels, and kitchen fit-outs have kicked off on the lower levels. Glazing is all but complete at The Witton Two, and balustrade installation is set for this month, along with wall sheeting to Level 2.
If all goes according to plan and weather permits, Mosaic Construction will fill the pool with over 100,000 litres of water, and the crown will have landscaping wires installed, ready for climbing plants.

Mosaic Construction reached the crucial stage of structural top-out, signalling a major step forward in our construction journey.
Internally, glazing installation is now at Level 6, while wall and ceiling sheeting, setting, and sanding are at Level 5. In more good news, painting has started at the lowest levels.
Following structural top-out, Mosaic Construction kicked off work on The Mowbray’s rooftop recreation space, shaping and waterproofing the block planter beds and making the necessary plans to start forming the pool this month.

Mosaic Construction is progressing with Augusta’s scaffold drop, gradually unveiling the building’s elegant form. This significant milestone will be completed in May if everything goes as planned.
Internally, wall sheeting and setting have reached Level 13, timber flooring has been laid up to Level 8, and stone benchtop installations are simultaneously advancing to multiple levels. Final wall and ceiling painting is also underway at Level 5, with blind fitting at Level 4.
Mosaic Construction will maintain its momentum this month during the last critical stages, achieving full completion of individual apartments on the lower levels and commencing the locking up of each.

Following Augusta’s update above, the removal of scaffolding is also progressing at Florence.
External rendering is finished up to Level 9, where the installation of feature balcony soffits, wall framing, and sheeting are also finalised. Wall and ceiling painting is advancing to Levels 2 to 7, while windows are installed to Level 1.
Mosaic Construction will maintain its momentum this month with a packed schedule of tasks, including ongoing fitting of external feature screens, advancement in internal tiling, and initiation of stone benchtop installation on the lower floors.

Last month, Mosaic Construction completed the Ground-Level slab pour and progressed works for the Level 1 slab, which, if all goes according to plan, will be completed this month.

Marella’s tower structure has ascended two additional levels, now proudly standing at 17, while the jump form reached Level 21. Glazing is finalised to Level 12 and now advancing to Level 13.
Wall framing progresses steadily to Level 12, services rough-in currently stands at Level 11, and wall and ceiling sheeting are underway at Level 10. Internal wall painting, balcony, and wet area waterproofing have surged ahead by three floors in April, now at Level 8.
With favourable weather and successful execution, the team aims to reach Level 19 of the tower structure in May.
