Basement works are ongoing while Building 1 (The Esplanade) has officially begun its above-ground ascent, with the Level 1 concrete pour successfully completed late last month as planned.
Mosaic Construction is now preparing for the Level 2 concrete slab, targeting its pour at the end of March, weather permitting.

Preparations for the Level 3 concrete slab were finalised last month as planned, with the team set to complete the pour shortly, weather permitting. February also saw the team complete the concrete ramp connecting the podium car park levels.
In addition to the Level 3 concrete slab pour, Mosaic Construction’s key priorities for March extend to kicking off preparations for the Level 4 slab pour and installing plumbing and mechanical services at ground level.
The team will also look to connect and liven up the building’s main power boards.

Last month, Mosaic Construction completed the first pour for The Prescott’s Level 1 slab, a massive task that required 770m3 of concrete due to the sheer size of the floor plate.
The second pour, which will comprise 550m3 of concrete this time, is set to take place any day now, weather permitting.
Following this, Mosaic Construction will get to work preparing for the Level 2 concrete slab pour, which will again take place in two parts due to scale.
Should all go to plan, and weather permitting, both these pours will take place before the end of March.
Below ground, essential fire and electrical high-level services are installed across Basements 1 and 2, ensuring a seamless integration of this crucial infrastructure within the building’s framework.

The Witton One is now standing at full height, with the team achieving structural top-out last month as planned.
On top of this, should all go to plan and weather permitting, the team is also on track to top out at Witton Two this month.
At Witton One, glazing installation has reached Level 13, services rough-in is at Level 7, and internal wall sheeting and setting are at Level 8.
In addition to topping out at Witton Two, March is a big month as the rooftop recreation space atop Witton One starts to form. Plans are underway to install landscaping planters, along with the building’s distinctive ‘crown,’ the elements of which are set to be lifted into position by crane.

Last month, the team completed the Level 6 concrete slab pour and kicked off preparation for the Level 7 slab, which, weather permitting, will take place this month in addition to the Level 8 slab pour.
Mosaic Construction has now started bringing The Mowbray’s internal spaces and homes to life, commencing with internal wall framing and glazing installation, which is now complete to Levels 1 and 2.
Looking ahead to March, in addition to the Levels 7 and 8 concrete slab pours, the team will keep progressing with services rough-in, window installation, and wall framing.
Wall sheeting and sanding will also start at the lowest levels in preparation for painting, which will follow in due course.

Mosaic Construction is shortly set to achieve another significant milestone as they finalise piling works around Isabel’s perimeter as planned.
Following this, they will turn their attention to trimming the piles to their specified height before initiating capping beam installation.
Capping beam works will persist throughout March as part of the critical pathway to Mosaic Construction kicking off bulk excavation.

Following the recent achievement of structural top-out, Mosaic Construction has maintained its positive momentum, further shaping Augusta’s internal spaces while advancing the next phase of external finishing works.
Wall framing, sheeting, setting, and painting are progressing to level 10 and will keep moving through the last of the upper levels throughout the month.
Services rough-in has also reached Level 10, while joinery fit-out is closely behind, and reconstituted stone benchtop fitting is underway to kitchens, bathrooms, and laundries on Level 3.
Timber floor placement is pushing ahead on Level 4, and tiling to wet areas and balconies is progressing to Level 6.
Externally, works on Augusta’s undulating feature facade continue, alongside the final rendering and painting of all elevations.
In addition to the above, the lower levels will see the start of their final electrical and joinery fit-offs this month.

Marella’s magnificent tower form is now complete to Level 14, meaning we will shortly hit the structural halfway point.
Weather permitting, March will see the team progressively propel the jump form from Level 18 to Level 22, culminating in the Level 18 concrete slab pour.
Permanent power has been established to the site, supporting the team’s increased requirements as they continue Marella’s ascent while at the same time shaping its internal spaces.
Installation of the tinted glazing is advancing to Level 12, while internal wall and ceiling framing, sheeting, setting, and painting are closed out to Level 4.
Meantime, services rough-in is at Level 8, wet area tiling is advancing to Level 4, and joinery installation has kicked off at Level 3.
The team are also working on finalising Marella’s lift installation this month.
