All required construction documentation for the basement is also complete.This massive, critical task required meticulous planning and collaboration between our team and the appointed engineers. It forms the foundation for Cotton Tree’s entire building program. A piling rig has been mobilised and piling works will kick off to the perimeter of building 1 in the coming days.

July will also see the beginning of joinery fit-outs, the first coat of paint applied to walls and ceilings and finalising preparation for flooring installation.
