Mosaic Construction’s structural top-out of Building 2 (Memorial Avenue) just before the Christmas break set a solid foundation for the next phase of works, with façade installation, soffit rendering, and painting now progressing well.
Another significant milestone to start the year is the commencement of scaffold removal at Building 1 (The Esplanade), offering the first true glimpse of the refined architecture and craftsmanship that will soon welcome Residents.
The scaffold drop for Building 1 is expected to be completed in February, while initial removal will begin at Building 2.
February will also see continued landscaping work take shape while internal work on both buildings will progress.
