Having achieved the significant milestone of completing the ground floor concrete slab pour in October, Mosaic Construction moved on to forming The Manning’s lift and stair core.
In addition to this was the installation of the Energex pad mount transformer, the eventual central power source for the building, and the stormwater tank, which will capture and manage rainwater runoff from the building and its surroundings to help prevent flooding, erosion, and water pollution by controlling the flow of rainwater.
Should all go to plan and weather permitting, December will see Mosaic Construction target the Level 2 concrete slab pour and advance vertical elements to Level 3 ahead of the building’s ascension in 2024.
