July was a massive month of excellent headway, with the team completing piling works and capping beam installation, a reinforced concrete beam that connects the building’s piles and ensures a strong and secure base. With the piling works concluded, Mosaic Construction wasted no time pushing ahead with bulk excavation. This critical and massive task will continue throughout August. And to maintain a seamless and aesthetically pleasing environment, the undergrounding of the overhead power lines is also targeted for this month and will see to the safety and reliability of the site’s power supply.
