Mosaic Construction accomplished the Level 3 concrete slab pour as planned last month. Due to its scale, two pours were required to complete this mammoth task.
In addition, following the above, the team progressed preparations for the Level 4 slab. This will also take place over two pours, the first of which is due imminently, weather permitting.
If all goes according to plan, and again, weather permitting, the team will target the second of the two Level 4 concrete slab pours in April, after which they will advance preparations for the Level 5 slab.

Mosaic Construction completed the Level 2 concrete slab pour last month, which took place in two parts due to scale (a combined 1320m3 of concrete for both pours).
Following this, Mosaic Construction also formed and completed the first of the two concrete slab pours for Level 3.
If all goes according to plan, and weather permitting, the team will accomplish the second Level 3 concrete slab pour in addition to both Level 4 slab pours in April.

Last month, Mosaic Construction achieved a structural top-out at The Witton Two, located at the front of the site on Finney Road, following The Witton One’s top-out the month before.
At the same time, The Witton One’s distinctive ‘crown’ installation kicked off as planned, with the structural precast elements intricately linked to the V columns being lifted into position by crane. Preparation work for the rooftop pool was also finalised in March, while internally, flooring installation is pushing ahead on Level 4, and balcony tiling is at Level 7.
Weather permitting, the team targets the accomplishment of several milestones in April. Most notably, following the finalisation of the crown installation, Mosaic Construction will begin the incremental dismantling of The Witton One’s scaffold.
The team further aims to complete glazing installation on Level 15 at The Witton One while initiating lobby tiling. Glazing fit-out will likewise progress at The Witton Two.

Last month, the team achieved both Level 7 and Level 8 concrete slab pours as planned and made excellent advancements in internal spaces.
Glazing installation is progressing to Levels 3 through 5, while wall and ceiling sheeting, setting, and sanding are moving through Level 2 in preparation for their first coat of paint this month.
This month sees a significant milestone: The Mowbray’s structural top-out.
Having accomplished this, Mosaic Construction will start work on The Mowbray’s magnificent rooftop recreation space, beginning with forming the block planter beds.

This month is particularly exciting as we will now witness Augusta’s beauty gradually unveiled with the removal of scaffolding.
In addition to scaffold removal commencing, last month witnessed Mosaic Construction complete wall framing to Level 13 and wall sheeting and setting to Level 10.
Wet area tiling is progressing to Level 9, painting is advancing to Levels 1 through 8, and plumbing fixtures and fittings installation is moving through Levels 1 to 5. Stone benchtop fit-outs are now at Level 6, and appliance installation has started on Level 3.
Further to continuing the above works, Mosaic Construction aims to complete carpet laying to Levels 1 through 5 in April, close out the required prep work for air conditioning system implementation to start, and advance final internal finishing works to the lower levels.

Following Augusta’s update above, we will also witness Florence’s beauty progressively revealed with the removal of scaffolding this month.
Last month also witnessed the significant milestone of Florence’s roof installation and completion of lift works.
Wall framing is now at Level 9 while sheeting is progressing to Level 8, and sanding and setting are following closely behind. Wet area tiling is advancing to the lower levels, reaching Level 3 in March, along with wall painting.
Externally, render and paintwork are ongoing on the facade and feature planter boxes. If weather permits, landscaping of these boxes is due to begin this month.

In great news, Mosaic Construction has reached the structural halfway point at Level 15, while progressing the jump form to Level 19.
Glazing installation has reached Level 12, and the effect is truly stunning. Marella is so distinct and elegant against the backdrop of the surrounding urban landscape.
Wall framing is advancing to Level 9, services rough-in is at Level 8, and wall and ceiling sheeting is at Level 7.
In the meantime, internal wall painting is moving ahead on Level 5, as is balcony and wet area waterproofing. Tiling and flooring prep have kicked off on Levels 3 and 4, and, as a sign that these internal spaces are really starting to come to life, joinery fit-out has begun on Level 2.
Weather permitting, in addition to continuing to push ahead with the above internal works, Mosaic Construction is targeting completing the Level 17 concrete slab in April.
