Construction Update for Savant by Mosaic, St Lucia & Bonython by Mosaic, Windsor

Mosaic is happy to announce that we are up to the fifth update for ‘Savant by Mosaic’ and the tenth update for ‘Bonython by Mosaic’.   

Savant by Mosaic, St Lucia

We saw major achievements by the Mosaic Construction team over the past month with the highlights being the pouring of the Level 2 transfer slab and Level 3 suspended slab. Services were roughed-in and reinforcement laid, followed by the pouring of Level 3 suspended slab. Blockwork and door frame installation on Level 3 is now underway.

By our next update, the completion of blockwork and core filling to Level 3 will see the addition of a further 9 apartments. Construction of this stylish development continues to progress as scheduled, with the Mosaic team remaining on track to deliver Savant by Mosaic by September 2017.

Bonython by Mosaic, Windsor

It’s been all hands on deck over the past month as this exciting development moves into its final stages. Kitchens are now complete in 24 of the 3 1 apartments, with the fit-off of electrical and plumbing fixtures underway. The communal walkways on the upper levels were rendered while the lower level walkways are in the process of being framed up, ready for sheeting.

Progress on the external façade of the building has also progressed well, with approximately 75% of the rendering, cladding and painting now complete. With construction nearing to a close, we remain of track to deliver this great project in May 2017.
