Refined Architecture & Design

Palm Beach’s stunning coastline, crystal-clear waters, golden sand beaches, and proximity to the pristine Burleigh Heads National Park make it a celebrated and iconic destination.

To do justice to this rare and unique opportunity on such a prime piece of real estate, we are pleased to collaborate again with the nationally acclaimed Bureau Proberts. This marks our fourth partnership following the successes of Lorient by Mosaic, Cotton Tree by Mosaic in Maroochydore, and Florence by Mosaic in Burleigh Heads.

The boutique luxury collection features 32 beautifully appointed 2- and 3-bedroom residences, sub-penthouses, and penthouses over 9 levels. A generous array of Resident amenities promotes health, wellness, and community.

The design approach adheres to Palm Beach’s height regulations and draws inspiration from the local context, ensuring a harmonious and timeless integration with the urban landscape.

We are dedicated to honouring Palm Beach’s unique character, creating a premium destination that respects and celebrates the area’s distinct identity.

Key Project Information

Timeless Form & Respectful Scale

Architecture is sensitive and respectful to the local context. The building height and form ensures a scale consistent with the surrounding area.

Green Space & Landscaping

Generous ground plane landscaping will enhance the existing streetscape. In time, native planting will drape and soften the building’s form, enhancing visual appeal while supporting micro-climatic cooling.

Customer-Centric Design

Spacious residences have been intentionally designed to appeal to owner-occupiers, with vast living spaces, large balconies, and bespoke finishes and craftsmanship.

A Mosaic Sustainable Development

A wide-ranging, comprehensive schedule of sustainability initiaitves will be implemented that far exceed legislative requirements.

Generous Car Parking Allowance

The design exceeds council requirements for resident car parks, alleviating the potential impact on street parking in the area.

Local Infrastructure Contribution

An estimated $850,000 of contributions will be provided directly to Council to improve local roads, parks, and infrastructure services.

Controlled Construction

We never shy away from acknowledging that construction can sometimes cause frustration and disturb the tranquillity of a local community.

With our own internal building arm, we have complete control over the process, allowing us to carefully manage timelines and minimise disruption wherever possible.

Mosaic Construction’s ISO certifications in Quality (9001), Environmental (14001), and Health & Safety (45001) place us in a select group of tier-one builders, ensuring we meet the highest standards of care.

These certifications mean we prioritise the safety of residents, reduce environmental impacts, and maintain strict quality controls throughout the entire process, helping us address community concerns and deliver projects in the timeliest manner with as little disruption as possible.

Sustainable Living & Long-Term Care

In line with our commitment to creating residences that are functional, comfortable, and visually enduring, the design, construction, and ongoing maintenance will seamlessly incorporate sustainable principles.

Importantly, Mosaic’s responsibility extends well beyond completion. We remain actively involved to ensure the building continues to be cared for and maintained to the highest standards long into the future.

Community Engagement

We take our social responsibility seriously and are genuine in acknowledging that development can raise concerns and that construction activities can cause disruption.

Understanding the potential effects of property development on those around us, we want to foster meaningful dialogue with the local community through regular, transparent communication.

Our approach to community engagement ensures neighbours are proactively informed throughout the construction process, especially regarding activities that may have some impact on them.

We always welcome feedback and encourage open communication to address any questions or concerns our neighbours may have.

Design Excellence

We are dedicated to creating legacy developments that stand the test of time and genuinely connect with the communities they serve.

Our design philosophy puts people first—crafting homes that are not only beautiful, but intuitive, functional, and a joy to live in. Every decision is guided by our commitment to delivering enduring value while contributing positively to the urban fabric and character of each location.

We’re proud that our innovative, quality-led approach to design, development, and construction continues to be recognised by leading industry bodies.
