Extensive landscaping is a stand-out feature that softens the form and enhances visual interest. Meantime, a generous resident and visitor car park allowance that exceeds Council requirements will help alleviate the on-street impact.

Generous landscaping across the building will soften the built form while supporting microclimatic cooling and improving air quality. The ground plane will enhance the existing streetscape and add value and appeal to Rosewood Avenue while providing privacy for neighbours.

Designed for Owner-Occupiers

Residences are designed to directly appeal to owner-occupiers, with generously proportioned living spaces, large balconies, premium finish and bespoke detailing. An impressive level of exclusive resident amenities relative to scale focuses on health and wellbeing and nurturing the community.

Environmentally Sustainable Design

Intelligent planning optimises cross ventilation and natural light, reducing electricity needs. Sustainable materials are used wherever possible, for example, double-glazed windows and doors made from recycled aluminium and selecting products that come from low-carbon or high-percentage recycled materials.
