What will this project offer?

We have again partnered with Plus Architecture in our third Gold Coast collaboration, after the best-selling Marella by Mosaic in Broadbeach and Dawn by Mosaic in Mermaid Beach.

Featuring a timeless design that harmonises with its near neighbour Marella, Rosewood Avenue's form incorporates soft curves and extensive glazing, resulting in an outcome that respects local context rather than imposing on it.

Like Marella and Dawn, Rosewood's spacious and considered planning, premium finish, and generous lifestyle and well-being amenities are intended to appeal directly to owner-occupiers.

Extensive landscaping is a stand-out feature that softens the form and enhances visual interest. Meantime, a generous resident and visitor car park allowance that exceeds Council requirements will help alleviate the on-street impact.

As a Mosaic Property Group Sustainable Development, Rosewood Avenue will include a wide-ranging, comprehensive schedule of sustainability initiatives, the extent of which far exceeds legislative requirements, using the core principles of industry-leading accreditation programs.

Mosaic also maintains the management and caretaking of our developments post-completion to ensure they remain beautifully presented for residents, neighbours, and the broader Gold Coast community.

Refined Architecture & Design

Refined Architecture & Design

Rosewood Avenue showcases clean, timeless architecture that works in harmony with Marella and premium materials resulting in a stunning address that respects and adds value to Broadbeach’s local context and distinct, treasured identity.

The form features soft curves and extensive glazing, while the material palette has been selected for its visual magnificence and ability to withstand the harsh coastal climate.

Residences are intelligently planned to appeal to owner-occupiers, with spacious open planning and premium finishes as beautiful as they are functional.

Due to their solar orientation and operable facades, all residences enjoy an ideal private indoor/outdoor living experience with open and transparent spaces that maximise natural light and ventilation.

Wide-ranging and generous landscaped areas include deep planting at ground level. In addition, planter boxes of differing depths and trellises improve air quality and micro-climatic cooling.

An extensive and diverse array of exclusive resident amenities relative to the building’s scale are provided to encourage health, wellness, and community.

Community Engagement

Community Engagement

We have a social responsibility to ensure our neighbours are aware of what’s happening in their neighbourhood and always strive to leave a positive footprint behind.

We also understand the impact property development can have on our neighbours, which is why we invest heavily in finding a middle ground with the local community.

Our award-winning approach to community engagement includes proactively keeping our neighbours informed over the entire course of construction of any site activity that may affect them.

Critically, we are here to listen to feedback. We encourage you to register to receive these updates and to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Sustainably Designed For Life

Sustainably Designed For Life

We pay specific attention to the local urban landscape, the communities we develop, and our purchasers.

Mosaic always designs with the end-user front of mind, creating homes that people love to live in and that deliver on our promise of Enduring Value. Spacious, highly functional apartments feature ample storage and high-quality fixtures and fittings. At the same time, an elevated level of amenities adds additional value and nurtures a sense of community.

We are also incredibly mindful of the footprint we leave behind, not just on communities but also on the environment. We are among the most advanced private developers in our genuine commitment to sustainability, particularly considering our size and scale. While we have made a lot of progress over the years, our dedication to pushing forward and further advancing our approach to sustainability is an essential part of our evolution.

As one of Queensland’s most awarded private property developers, we never compromise on quality, as our track record demonstrates. We must deliver legacy developments that stand the test of time with strong appeal to the local market.
