With our own internal building arm, we have complete control over the process, allowing us to carefully manage timelines and minimise disruption wherever possible.

Mosaic Construction’s ISO certifications in Quality (9001), Environmental (14001), and Health & Safety (45001) place us in a select group of tier-one builders, ensuring we meet the highest standards of care.

These certifications mean we prioritise the safety of residents, reduce environmental impacts, and maintain strict quality controls throughout the entire process, helping us address community concerns and deliver projects in the timeliest manner with as little disruption as possible.

Our Intentions

A current development approval is in place for a mixed-use scheme comprising a ground-floor retail strata leased to Woolworths and 130 luxury residential apartments.

Mosaic intends to submit a minor change application to the existing scheme designed by Cottee Parker, collaborating with renowned Brisbane-based architects BDA. The proposed changes focus on increasing the owner-occupier product and elevating the quality and finish, ensuring a superior outcome.

In partnership with Woolworths, we will also deliver the full-scale supermarket at ground level as intended.

At this stage, early works are expected to commence in 2025, with project completion slated for 2027.
