As a Contracts Administrator, you’ll work alongside an experienced team that champions collaboration, integrity, and excellence, and is committed to innovation and quality at every stage.

As a critical member of our on-site construction team, you will:

  • Oversee project budgets, forecasts and cash flow to ensure strong financial outcomes.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end procurement process, including preparing tender packages, evaluating submissions, and negotiating subcontractor and supplier agreements.
  • Administer contracts across all project phases, ensuring compliance, risk management, and identification of commercial opportunities.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Cleaner (part-time) to help maintain the common areas and amenities of our luxury residential buildings on the Gold Coast. Your primary duty will be to perform the daily cleaning of the building’s grounds, however, you will also have the opportunity to expand your skill set by assisting the wider Caretaking Team with ad hoc tasks and other caretaking duties.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Caretaker who takes pride in their work, is proactive and committed to maintaining the building to the highest standard, striving to ensure it remains a place that our residents love to come home to. Our developments feature expansive gardening areas, so having a green thumb would be highly advantageous.

Supported by our operational Caretaking team based at our Brisbane office, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing scheduled and ad hoc maintenance tasks
  • Cleaning of common areas
  • Landscaping and gardening maintenance of property grounds
  • Managing external contractors
  • Providing outstanding customer service to residents
  • Proactively reporting on potential maintenance needs or issues and escalating these where required
  • Maintaining the building to the highest standard, striving to ensure it remains a place that our residents love to come home to

ABOUT YOU

We are searching for someone who has:

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • High level communication skills and the ability to engage with all personalities
  • The ability to delegate tasks and is confident showing leadership
  • Basic handyman/maintenance skills
  • A basic understanding of building services, operations and caretaking agreements is a plus
  • Gardening experience is advantageous
