Owner Occupiers – After Hours Emergencies

As an Owner-Occupier, you are responsible for managing all maintenance, repairs, and urgent issues in the event of an emergency within your home.

This includes engaging suitable trades or service providers and coordinating any necessary work, including after-hours call-outs, directly.

In the event of a common property emergency, please refer to the link below.

What to Do in an Emergency

If you’re dealing with an urgent issue—especially after hours, when help can be harder to coordinate—it’s important to act quickly and contact trusted professionals directly.

To help guide your response, we recommend the following steps:

Prioritise safety – Check for any immediate risks to people or property. If there’s any danger, focus on ensuring everyone’s safety first.

Prevent further damage – Where safe to do so, take simple steps to limit the impact (e.g. turning off water, gas, or power if required).

Call for support – Engage qualified trades or service providers as soon as possible. If you don’t have a regular contact, we recommend using trusted referrals or reputable emergency directories.

Life Threatening Emergencies

If there is any immediate risk to life, safety, or property, call emergency services straight away:

Keys and Lock-Outs

If you are a Resident and have locked yourself out of your apartment or the building, please contact the registered locksmith for your property using the details provided via the link below.

Residents must use the nominated locksmith and are not permitted to engage their own provider.

Please note that all locksmith call-out fees are the responsibility of the Resident and may include additional charges for after-hours attendance. We recommend confirming all costs directly with the locksmith when you call.
