Initially established in 2004 by Brook Monahan (right) and rebranded in 2012 with co-founder Dave Handley (left), Mosaic Property Group is regarded as one of Queensland’s most awarded and trusted property developers.

Currently, Mosaic has $2 billion worth of residential and mixed-use projects under construction or planned for delivery across South East Queensland within the next five years.
