From early works to final finishes, Mosaic Construction made strong progress across all sites throughout April. With demolition underway at Sophia, piling in progress at The Bedford, and scaffold coming down at The Manning, each project is moving confidently toward its next major milestone. Here’s a snapshot of the latest activity across the Mosaic portfolio.

Sunshine Coast

Cotton Tree by Mosaic | Cotton Tree

Address: 17 The Esplanade, Cotton Tree

Apartments: Two boutique buildings featuring 8 full-floor, ultra-luxurious 3-bedroom residences and 33 spacious 2- and 3-bedroom residences.

Sales Status: SOLD OUT

Exciting progress continues at Cotton Tree as both buildings edge closer to completion. In Building 1, final cleans are complete from Levels 1 to 6, defecting has started on Level 8, and works to the swimming pool are now underway. May will see defecting on Level 7 and continued pool construction.

At Building 2, wet area tiling and joinery are now complete on Level 8, with timber flooring and stone benchtops finished on Level 7. Final painting, cleaning, and defecting continue on the lower levels, while basement works — including line marking and bike rack installation — are also progressing.

The Manning has entered an exciting new chapter, with scaffold removal now revealing its timeless architectural form and marking a major milestone in the journey to completion.

April saw strong progress across both internal and external works, with joinery now complete to Level 11 and interior fit-out continuing steadily through the upper floors.

Externally, façade painting and landscaping preparation are well underway, adding definition to the building’s emerging presence.

May will see interior works climb higher, and the streetscape take further shape as final detailing continues.

Progress continues to build at The Bedford, with piling now officially underway — a major milestone in establishing the building’s structural foundations.

With two rigs in operation, reinforced concrete piles are being installed around the site perimeter to support the future structure. April saw steady site activity, and weather permitting, piling is expected to wrap up in early June. This will make way for the next key milestone: basement excavation, marking another exciting step forward.

Gold Coast

Construction at Isabel is moving ahead with strong momentum, with the Level 2 podium slab now complete and the first façade panels installed.

April also saw lift and stair core walls progress to Level 3, and scaffolding erected to support upper-level works.

In May, focus shifts to forming the Level 3 and 4 slabs, along with continued core and façade installation.

April was another strong month at Lily, with structural works now complete to Level 29 and the jumpform pushing through to Level 33.

Window installation has reached Level 26, while tiling, joinery, and timber flooring continue steadily up the building.

Residences up to Level 4 are now finished and locked up, with quality audits commencing.

In May, the team is targeting structural completion to Level 32, with internal finishes set to reach Level 8.
