Mosaic Construction has made excellent progress across our 10 active South East Queensland building sites over the past month, thanks partly to the favourable weather conditions in June. In great news, this is the final progress update for The Witton by Mosaic (Indooroopilly), Augusta by Mosaic (Burleigh Heads), and Florence by Mosaic (Burleigh Heads). Our teams are now in the very final throes of completion and preparing to welcome Residents to their beautiful new homes in the coming weeks.

June saw Mosaic Construction complete the ground and Level 1 slab pours at Cotton Tree’s Building 2 (Memorial Avenue), marking the beginning of this tower’s visible ascent above ground.
Meanwhile Building 1 (The Esplanade) continues to advance with Level 5 now poured, placing us past the halfway point of the tower’s structure. The team targets to pour another level at both buildings in July.

Mosaic Construction is maintaining a positively charged pace to close out its remaining tasks in the coming weeks. Scaffold removal is complete at The Witton Two and progressing rapidly on the lower levels of The Witton One.
Internally, final finishing works are progressing in both The Witton One and The Witton Two. On the impressive 1,060sqm rooftop space, works to the pool are progressing, and landscaping works have commenced, both of which will continue throughout July. This month, the team will also focus on the rooftop gym and recreational spaces, as well as the entry lobby.

Following Augusta’s update above, Mosaic Construction is closing out the remaining tasks in preparation for welcoming Residents home shortly.
Meanwhile, Ground Floor common area works are advancing and external render works are also progressing, adding the finishing touches to the building’s sleek exterior. Screen installation is also nearing conclusion, and landscaping works for the planter boxes are adding final touches of greenery to outside spaces.
Internally, timber flooring is also near to being closed out on all levels, as is joinery installation.

Lily’s Level 2 transfer slab is now complete and the formwork, reinforcement, and pouring (FRP) for Level 3 is complete, setting the stage for the next build phase.
The builder’s hoist has been fitted and is fully operational and a satellite pump is also installed. Precast concrete vertical columns have progressed from Level 3 to Level 4, and in tandem with these advancements, Mosaic Construction has topped up the scaffold to Level 4.

The final crane climb is now complete at Marella and the team has completed the tower structure up to Level 23, with construction on Level 24 already underway. The jumpform between Levels 26 and 27 is also finished.
Window installation has reached Level 20, party walls are complete on Level 19, while Level 18 now boasts fully framed internal walls. Services rough-ins on Level 17 are well underway.
On Level 16, Mosaic Construction is sheeting walls, ceilings, and bulkheads, while Level 15 sees setting, sanding, and carpentry works. Meanwhile, internal painting on Level 14 is advancing, alongside balcony and wet area waterproofing.
Tiling on Level 13 is complete, and floor preparation on Level 12 is all set. Joinery work is commencing on Level 11 and stone and hybrid flooring on Level 10 are complete.
