Mosaic Construction remains focused and committed, ensuring a strong conclusion to 2024 and a solid foundation for the year ahead. Mosaic Construction has made excellent strides in these closing months. Weather permitting, the team is set to achieve the structural top-out for Building 2 (Memorial Avenue) as planned before the Christmas and New Year break.
Interior works at Building 2 are also progressing on schedule. Window installation has reached Level 6, wall sheeting is complete up to Level 4, painting is finalised to Level 3, and joinery installation is underway on Level 2.
Similarly, excellent progress continues at Building 1 (The Esplanade). Window installation is closed out across all levels, tiling and joinery fitting have reached Level 6, stone benchtop installation is at Level 4, plumbing fit-off is completed to Level 3, and timber flooring is being laid on Level 2.

Mosaic Construction has made excellent progress in these final months of 2024. Having completed the concrete slab pours for Levels 17 and 18 on schedule, they are targeting completion of both the Level 19 and Level 20 pours in December, weather permitting.
High-level services rough-in is advancing to Levels 12 through 14. Glazing installation is complete up to Level 13, and party walls are complete up to Level 11. Wall and ceiling sheeting and setting are moving through both Levels 9 and 10.
The first coat of paint has been applied on Level 7, where tiling and joinery are also progressing. Flooring preparation is at Level 6.

In November, Mosaic Construction reach an exciting milestone with the commencement of the planned scaffold drop, starting from the rooftop, where the recreation spaces are taking shape.
Internal fit-outs are progressing rapidly across the building. Levels 1, 2, and 3 residences are now fully completed and secured.
This month, the team aims to have all residences up to Level 7 prepared for their final clean. Meanwhile, joinery installation will advance to Levels 8 and 9, and wall and ceiling sheeting is expected to be finalised up to Level 13.
Continuing the positive progress, the permanent water and sewer connections are now fully installed, along with the successful installation of the permanent power connection.

This marks an exciting milestone as we share the final construction update for The Mowbray by Mosiac, with Residents set to move in mid- to late-January 2025.

In November, Mosaic Construction successfully completed Isabel’s Basement 2 concrete slab pour as scheduled, along with forming the ramp connecting Basement 2 to Basement 1.
The Basement 1 deck has now been fully formed, and the vertical structures linking Basement 1 to the ground floor are also in place. The team plans to pour the Basement 1 slab early this month, weather permitting.
Once this is complete, the temporary bracing beams will be removed, paving the way for further structural advancements.
In addition, the site accommodation will be relocated to an above-footpath gantry. This move ensures a streamlined and well-organised construction environment as the team shifts focus toward vertical progress.

In November, Lily’s structure progressed to Level 17 as planned, with the jump form advancing to Level 20.
Window and balustrade installation is complete to Level 14, while high-level services are progressing on Level 13. On Level 12, fire-rated party walls are being constructed, and unit framing is underway on Level 11.
Service rough-ins are ongoing on Level 10, with sheeting now complete on Level 9. Level 8 has reached the set and sand stage, and carpentry work is in progress.
The initial paint application has started on Level 7, with waterproofing advancing on Level 5. Wet area tiling is also progressing on Level 4.
Floors are being prepared and levelled on Level 3, and joinery installation is underway on Level 2.
Mosaic Construction aims to maintain strong momentum throughout December, with a goal to complete the tower structure up to Level 19.

Mosaic Construction has made excellent strides in these closing months, marked by the recent removal of Marella’s tower crane and builder’s hoist.
The Level 1 common areas are taking shape beautifully. Painting has concluded, and the gym flooring, sauna, and steam room base fit-outs are finalised.
The BBQ area and pool shell are complete and ready for their next stage, while lobby tiling and painting across Level 1 are also finished. Additionally, the mezzanine planter works are fully prepared and ready for the upcoming plant installation.
Critical infrastructure works have been closed out at the ground-floor level, including the stormwater tank and the pool plant room.
Ground-floor lobby windows are installed, and the upper ground-level car park is fully completed.
Internally, all wall and ceiling sheeting, setting, and sanding are complete. Waterproofing is underway on Level 28, while floor preparation progresses on Level 27.
Joinery installation is advancing on Level 26, and stone and flooring work is ongoing on Level 24. On Level 23, service fit-off is in progress, and the final paint application has begun on Level 22, bringing the interiors closer to the end.
Mosaic Construction will maintain strong momentum throughout December and January, with completion anticipated for mid- to late-February 2025.
